Looks like when the account was deleted the record due to some reason didn't get clear from MySql probably cascade delete failure.
For workaround fix can delete entries from user mboxgroup55.mail_item where mailbox_id = 55. Check for entries in mboxgroup55.mail_item and remove them and then try delete the records from mailbox.
